A new Yoga class Has Come to town
MARIA HAMBURGER YOGA is now at Compass Art Center!
THURSDAYS at 10am you can now be inspired and feel your best self!
Maria Hamburger has been teaching yoga for 25 years with knowledge of anatomy, the yoga tradition and philosophy as well as functional moments.
In this class we will approach the poses as a way to learn about our movement patterns and build on stability as well as greater mobility for on and off the mat. As well as the traditional yoga props, we will also use resistance bands and loops to access greater awareness and strength.
